While you're driving in your car, there is a way to interact with the teleporter through your gear or on the radio. Once you have a destination in mind, you can initiate the teleport. Once you're teleporting, there is a way to bar in to the other side of the teleport. Once you are sure the traffic is light enough for you to fit over there on the other side of the teleport, then place the bar on the other bar using your gear. At that moment the car will appear on the other side of the teleport. Please be ready to react to changes in traffic on either side of the teleporter. It all happens in seconds.
